 REMINDER: Grade 6 Telus Spark Field Trip is next Tuesday, Feb. 28th. Make sure you have returned the completed form (by parents) and have paid $12 (either online or by bringing cash to the office) in order to experience this wonderful event! Classes Info for the Week of Feb. 6th through 10th

 NOTE: Friday, Feb. 10th, there will be a band concert during periods 3 and 4. Regular classes during periods 1 and 2 (week 4 schedule) REMINDER: The following week (Feb. 13th-17th), regular classes will be only from Monday to Wednesday. NO CLASSES ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY (Teacher's Convention). MATH 6 -Lesson 8: Order of Operations (textbook pp. 74-77) -Unit 3: Decimals (textbook starting on p. 86) --> place values, standard from, expanded form, number-word form, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of decimals SCIENCE 6 -Evidence and Investigation Final Group Project: continue with the project; project is estimated to be due on Monday, Feb. 13th -Evidence and Investigation Unit Final Exam: most likely on Friday, Feb. 10th (tbd in class) DESIGN 7 -Assignment 1: Native Plants to Calgary and Alberta Research Project (computers booked); info is also available on Google Classroom; assignment is due on Monday, Feb. 13th
